Get to Know Me

My mission is to help people find the property that’s right for them, at the right time, and under the right terms. After a decade in the nonprofit sector, I came into the real estate industry with a strong service mindset. This means I take the time to understand your unique goals and needs, and I’m always available to answer questions and talk through your options. I am on your team every step of the way.

My first home was a newly constructed townhouse in Magnolia, short on personality and big on bathrooms. Now we’re in a 1904 farmhouse in Ballard, which initially had the exact opposite challenge. I’ve had lots of opportunities to get creative about design and remodel work. I apply my creativity and problem-solving skills to meet my clients’ needs and ultimately bring their vision to life. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me at our river property in the north Cascades, palling around town with my husband and two kids, or volunteering at the Ballard Food Bank. I also LOVE touring new listings, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you’d like to come along or you have questions about how to make sure your home makes the best first impression.

I have strong ties to the Seattle community as a resident, volunteer, Seattle University alumna, and parent. Those who know me, trust me. Caitlin helped us sell our condo and was absolutely phenomenal every step of the way. We met with several brokers, and it was so obvious after meeting with Caitlin that she was the right person for the job (so knowledgeable, connected, professional, prepared, compassionate… the list goes on). Our situation was a bit tricky — we made the decision to move out-of-state/back home closer to family after having a baby/getting a job offer back home, and Caitlin worked incredibly hard to help us get our condo ready to list after we’d already moved cross country (with baby, dog, and two cats in tow… I’m sure we had the most chaotic energy!) Then, Caitlin helped us navigate what was turning out to be the cooling Seattle condo market, and we were so fortunate to have her in our corner hosting open houses and negotiating offers. We had an initial offer fall thru due to the buyer’s financing, which was such a bummer, but Caitlin turned things around, and we got another offer within a few days. I’m convinced we would have had a much harder time getting our condo sold at a price we were comfortable with without her support. I’d recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. She’s an incredible human and such a fantastic broker.

Cliff notes: Caitlin is everything you'd want in a real estate broker - knowledgeable, responsive, candid - and I'd enthusiastically recommend working with her. We met Caitlin at a first-time home buyer education class sponsored by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission - which, by the way, was helpful and I would recommend it. We appreciated that she volunteered her time to teach that course, and there was absolutely zero sales pitch or pressure to work with her. We reached out to discuss our home search and the possibility of working together after the fact, and didn't feel the need to talk with any other brokers because we were confident she understood our budget, situation, etc. From the start of our search to closing she was responsive to our questions (and there were plenty), proactively got her hands on important due diligence for us, and provided us guidance to ensure we made the most informed decisions we could without pressuring us. Our price point was such that we weren't out bidding on million dollar homes or anything like that but we felt no less valued.
