Our complimentary workshops for homebuyers cover everything you need to know about purchasing a home. We typically hold workshops over the course of two evenings. During part one, you’ll learn all the basics: financial best practices to prepare yourself for homeownership, what to look for in a lender and agent, and how to navigate the home buying process. During part two, we’ll do a deep dive into Washington State's down payment assistance programs. You’re welcome to attend one or both evenings.* Our goal is to provide the information you need to make the best decisions for you.
